Improving people development through Innovasea 2022

Banjarmasin, September 3, 2022. PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (the“Company”; IDX ticker: “HAIS”) held Quality Control Circle (QCC) Convention event in Fugo Hotel Banjarmasin. The theme of QCC Innovasea convention 2022 was “Contributing and Growing”, which was held by HAIS, this was held to improve the employees’ capabilities and skills. This is inline with Hasnur Group mission “to provide equal opportunity for everyone to develop their potential in the spirit of unity”.

The convention, which is the culmination of a series of stages of QCC activities, that have started in March 2022. This year, 3 teams from Jakarta and 7 teams from South Kalimantan joined the convention. These teams competed against each other to achieved the best result. The convention was attended by 66 participants from every unit department and was held through hybrid mode, where participant from South Kalimantan attend in convention venue and participant from Jakarta joined via online.

The program was created as a competition for team and employees to showcase innovation and creativity in solving business challenges in their respective fields. Operation Director, Soma Ariyaka said “there are many benefits that can be seen from QCC activities, which includes improving human resource competencies, communication, skills, ways of thinking, and building solid teamwork. Hopefully the culture and spirit of innovation, as well as contribution can develop and continue to be maintained in HAIS environment”.
